The win in running isn't about crossing the finish line. It's about finding the space to enjoy the journey and everything that goes with it.

I don’t know what comes next – nobody does.  On this last day of 2023, I am choosing to be where my feet are.

I am finding ways to stay disciplined by having a plan, small goals that I can celebrate, and knowing the work will pay off later.
